Myth and Religion...Truth and Symbolism

I'm studying Joseph Campbell's thoughts on mythology and the image of the hero in one of my classes...We're instructed to watch a video I found on YouTube...I'm barely halfway right now and already squealing in excitement at the truth I'm hearing.
